With the spring season right around the corner, we have decided to move forward with HomeTown Ticketing, a contactless on-line athletic ticketing system. Instead of selling hard copy tickets to athletic events, we will now sell ALL tickets on-line through the fenwicksports.org website. You can find/purchase tickets under the "Tickets" tab at the top. Tickets will be available prior to the start of each season. For the 2020-21 school year athletic family season passes and student passes will not be offered.
Here are a few important details about the upcoming ticket purchasing process and attendance for all home boys and girls lacrosse games:
Advance ticket purchase is required for athletic events (tickets purchased at fenwicksports.org)
Due to social distancing and the 15% seating capacity limit set by the Governor, there will be a limited number of tickets available for each HOME match/game for close family members
The pre-sale ticket purchasing period will run from Friday starting at 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM the day of the game for the upcoming week of scheduled athletic events.
Once the pre-sale ticket period is over, general admission tickets will be sold starting at 12:01 PM and will be sold until we are at full capacity for the given game/match
Each game will be its own separate event on the tickets tab. Ex: JV will be its own event, and Varsity will be its own event
This will be the ticketing process each week.
There will NOT be any walk up sales at the gate
Each student-athlete/family of the JV and Varsity lacrosse teams can purchase up to 2 tickets
Tickets are meant for parents/close family members
Purchasing ticket codes will be your son/daugher's student ID minus the first "0" - This can be found in your Final Forms account
The stadium will be cleared of all spectators (and players who will not be playing in the next game) after the completion of each game
No spectators will be allowed in the stadium until the game before concludes
Spectators that are permitted to attend multiple games (swing players) are asked to exit and re-enter (free of charge), to allow staff time to control attendance and prepare for the next contest.
Swing player parents can purchase tickets at the lower level and re-check in at the gate for the next game
Due to seating capacity limit, we will not be offering comp student tickets.
Everyone in attendance is required to have a valid ticket for admission
There will not be a student section this season
You will need an electronic ticket on your phone or a physical copy of your ticket that will be scanned at the gate
When entering the game expect social distancing and mask requirements
Spectators will be seated in every other row (with appropriate distancing)
There will be limited concessions available
Away matches ticket information will vary each week based on each opponent's venue and seating capacity
Ticket information for away events will be communicated to coach prior to the game
