New Ticketing Platform
8/14/2020

We thank everyone who has been patient with us as we roll out our new ticketing process! With the fall season right around the corner we have decided to move forward with HomeTown Ticketing, a contactless on-line athletic ticketing system. Instead of selling hard copy tickets to athletic events, we will now sell ALL tickets on-line through the fenwicksports.org website. You can find/purchase tickets under the "Tickets" tab at the top. Tickets will be available prior to the start of each season. For the 2020-21 school year athletic family season passes and student passes will not be offered. Pre-purchased athletic season passes have already been refunded. This decision is due to all of the uncertainty the Covid-19 pandemic has created.

With the transition to a new online ticketing system we ask for your patience as we roll out this process. Here are a few important details about the upcoming ticket purchasing process and attendance for all home football, volleyball and soccer matches:

  • Advance ticket purchase is required for athletic events (tickets purchased at fenwicksports.org)

  • There will be a pre-sale purchasing period for all soccer, football and volleyball parents before tickets become available to the public

  • The pre-sale ticket period for parents will be from Friday starting at 9:00 AM until Monday at 9:00 AM for all of next week’s games

  • Once the pre-sale ticket period is over, general admission tickets will be sold starting Monday and will be sold until we are at full capacity for the given game/match

  • This will be the ticketing process EACH week

  • Each student-athlete/family can purchase up to 2 tickets for volleyball, 2 tickets for football and 4 tickets for soccer with a valid purchasing code that will be provided by athletics

  • Due to social distancing and the 15%  seating capacity limit set by the recent Governor’s Order, there will be a limited number of tickets available for each HOME match/game for close family members

  • Students with siblings who are on the team will receive a ticket

  • There will not be any general student tickets sold

  • You will need an electronic ticket on your phone or a physical copy of your ticket that will be scanned at the gate

  • When entering the game expect social distancing and mask requirements

  • Spectators will be seated in every other row (with appropriate distancing)

  • Limited pre-packaged items will be sold at concessions

  • Live audio and broadcast options are being explored for anyone that cannot be in attendance

  • Away matches information will vary each week based on each opponents venue and seating capacity

  • Check twitter for weekly ticket purchasing updates
