Bishop Fenwick High School taps Tyler Miller as next Athletic Director

Bishop Fenwick High School is pleased to announce Tyler Miller has been named the Falcons' next Athletic Director. Miller will enter the 2022-2023 school year in his 11th year in education and athletic administration and first as Athletic Director at Bishop Fenwick High School. He is a graduate of Middletown High School in 2004, where he was a two-sport varsity athlete. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Education from Ohio State University in 2009, he attended Xavier University to complete his Master’s in Education, Sports Administration in August 2010.

 Tyler began his career in interscholastic athletics as an intern at Aiken High School in 2010 and started as the Assistant Athletic Director at Kings High School in 2011. He served four years as the Assistant Athletic Director at Kings High School before being named the Athletic Director in 2015. Tyler served as the Athletic Director for the Kings Local School district for six years through the 2020-2021 school year. During his tenure as Athletic Director at Kings High School, Mr. Miller helped lead the Knights to over 30 Eastern Cincinnati Conference (ECC) championships and the 2018-2019 ECC All Sports Championship. Tyler led an athletics department that consisted of 29 Varsity programs and nearly 100 athletic teams with several hundred student-athletes, grades seven through twelve.

 During his time at Kings, Tyler served in many roles with the Eastern Cincinnati Conference and received his Certified Athletic Administrator license in 2016. In 2017-2018, he was named the SWOADA Horizon Award winner and was a two-time nominee for SWOADA Athletic Director of the Year. He is excited for the opportunity to lead the Fenwick Athletic Department. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys playing golf and exercising and currently resides in Mason, Ohio with his wife Melissa, and their daughter Madison and son Mason. Go Falcons!
